An age recommendation is a starting point. JFA coaches can help with placement when an athlete’s readiness calls for a conversation.
Each age-based group is coach-led, skill-focused, and designed for the pace and developmental needs of its athletes.

Court assignments and parallel training are shown for scheduling clarity. Athletes are placed within the public age groups by JFA coaches.
Sessions rotate through the core skills athletes need to become more confident and effective under pressure.
First touch, control, passing, and speed on the ball.
Attacking, defending, dribbling, and decision-making under pressure.
Ball striking, shooting, movement off the ball, and game awareness.
Speed, agility, coordination, and soccer-specific movement.
Age-based sessions give athletes a supportive place to improve first touch, ball mastery, 1v1 confidence, finishing, and faster decisions while they continue with the outdoor soccer environment that fits their family.
Drop-in training is great for athletes who want to train when their schedule allows. But if your athlete is serious about real improvement — the kind that shows up in games, not just in practice — the 90-Day Transformation gives them a structured plan, consistent coaching, and 90 days of progressive development designed to change how they play.
Small groups of 10 or fewer, skill-based placement, and individual coaching feedback every session. Choose a one- or two-session weekly plan.
