JFA legal notice
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase the chance of winning.
The promotion begins September 28, 2026 at 12:30:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends October 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. It is open only to North Carolina residents age 18 or older who are the parent or legal guardian of an eligible player age 6–16 as of September 28, 2026, subject to verification and the exclusions in the Official Rules.
An eligible parent or legal guardian may complete the free online entry form for one base entry. Each valid verified referral adds one additional entry for the referrer only after the new eligible entrant uses the referrer’s personal link, completes a valid entry during the Promotion Period, and is verified by JFA. A click, share, duplicate, incomplete, ineligible, self-referral, or fraudulent entry does not create an additional entry. For example, one base entry plus five verified referrals equals six total entries for the referrer.
One randomly drawn Grand Prize winner receives one full year of the JFA Elite Development Academy, with an approximate retail value of $1,620. The membership includes nine Technical Training sessions per monthly credit period, one team-training session each scheduled program week, priority booking access until capacity is reached, and one Winter League plus one Summer League individual registration. On or about October 5, 2026, JFA will conduct a random drawing from the final verified eligible entry ledger. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
No more than one companion Elite Development Academy membership may be awarded with the Grand Prize. If the verified Grand Prize winner entered through an eligible verified direct referrer’s unique link, that direct referrer receives the companion membership. If the verified Grand Prize winner was not directly referred, but has one or more eligible verified direct referrals, the winner may designate one such directly referred entrant to receive the companion membership. These paths are mutually exclusive: a winner who entered through a direct referral cannot select an additional referred entrant. The companion award is not a separate random drawing; does not create additional odds or entries; cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another person; and remains subject to JFA verification, program eligibility, capacity, and the applicable membership terms. If neither path produces an eligible companion, only the Grand Prize winner receives a membership.
JFA may separately offer selected eligible entrants 50% off an eligible Elite Development Academy membership. That offer is not a giveaway prize, does not mean the recipient won, and does not affect eligibility, entries, odds, winner selection, or receipt of the Grand Prize. Any enrollment purchase is governed by its separate offer and membership terms.
JFA may use entry information to administer and verify the Promotion, maintain entry/referral records, communicate about the Promotion, award prizes, and operate a Parent Portal. JFA will send each entrant an individual entry-confirmation email and text with that entrant’s personal referral link. General promotional email is optional; marketing consent is not required to enter or win. This Promotion is sponsored and administered solely by Jacksonville Futsal Academy, Inc., 210 Ellis Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540, and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, X, or other social-media platforms.
