JFA legal notice
These terms cover website and portal use. They are separate from the agreement and disclosures presented with enrollment, rental, party, or waiver transactions.
Visitors and account holders must provide accurate information and use JFA’s website, portal, and booking tools lawfully. JFA may update programs, availability, content, and operational procedures as needed.
Availability alone does not create a confirmed reservation, enrollment, or rental.
Participation may require accurate guardian and athlete information, completed waivers or facility acknowledgments, and compliance with safety and conduct rules.
JFA uses the required guardian email address and phone number to operate an account and participation, including order confirmations, account and password notices, booking and reservation reminders, waiver notices, tryout and training information, safety communications, and other necessary service updates. These transactional or operational messages are separate from optional promotional email and SMS marketing choices.
