Team practices are designed to prepare the group for the next game — not to fix your child's first touch, build their confidence on the ball, or develop the individual tools they need to compete at a higher level. Coaches have 15 kids to manage. Individual development gets left behind.
Athletes who want to improve — not just participate — need a separate environment where the focus is entirely on their individual skill. That's what the 90-Day Transformation is built for.
Futsal is the most effective tool for individual development in the world. Smaller court. Smaller ball. More touches. More decisions. More pressure. Athletes who train in futsal environments develop faster because they can't hide — every athlete is involved every second of every session.
Nervous on the ball, loses it under pressure
Comfortable in tight spaces, keeps possession
Hesitates, looks lost when the ball arrives
Reads the game, acts before pressure arrives
Avoids the ball, plays it safe
Demands the ball, takes on defenders
Slow first touch, needs extra time
One-touch control, plays at game speed
Heavy-footed, poor body shape
Light, explosive, and positioned to receive
Both plans include the same quality coaching, the same small-group environment, and the same 90-day development cycle. The difference is how often your athlete trains.
The most popular option. Two sessions per week gives your athlete enough repetition to build real momentum without overwhelming the schedule. This is where most families see the biggest results.
A focused weekly session for families who want a structured development plan without a heavy weekly commitment. Still coached, still progressive, still 90 days.
All plans are monthly recurring subscriptions with a 90-day commitment. A $150 cancellation fee and remaining balance apply if payments stop before the term ends. A $25 late or returned-charge fee applies to missed payments. The program auto-renews; cancel renewal at any time before the term ends.
For athletes training with Coach Nick outdoors, this dedicated 90-Day option includes eight Outdoor Advanced or Outdoor Intermediate sessions every four weeks. Use the live schedule to reserve up to two sessions in each Monday–Sunday Eastern week.
FIFA, UEFA, and the world's top development academies use futsal as the foundation for technical athlete development. The reason is simple: in a futsal session, every athlete gets exponentially more touches, more 1v1 situations, and more decision-making reps than in a full-sided outdoor practice.
Athletes such as Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, and Pulisic all grew up in futsal or small-sided environments. The tight spaces, the fast decisions, and the constant pressure are exactly what builds the technical foundation that transfers to outdoor play.
At JFA, we use futsal principles to develop individual athletes — not to run a futsal league. The goal is always a more confident, more technical, more effective soccer athlete.
Each session builds on the last. Development is intentional, not random.
Maximum 10 athletes per coach means your athlete gets real coaching — not just supervision.
Athletes are placed by ability. No one is held back or overwhelmed by a mismatch.
Coaches correct, encourage, and develop each athlete — not just run the group through drills.
Your athlete joins a live JFA training session for 20 minutes. Our coaches evaluate their ball control, decision-making speed, athletic movement, and confidence level in a real training environment — not a cone drill in a parking lot.
Within 24 hours, we give you a clear development recommendation and the best training path forward. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest picture of where your athlete is and what they need.
The athletes who improve fastest are the ones who train consistently with a real plan. JFA gives your athlete that plan — and the coaching to execute it. The only question is when you start.
Or start with 1x/week at $23/session if you want a lighter commitment.
