What JFA helps athletes build

More than a place to play.

01

Technical confidence

Athletes work on first touch, ball control, turning, passing, finishing, defending, and protecting the ball under useful pressure.

02

Faster decisions

The indoor futsal environment creates frequent moments to scan, solve problems, communicate, and make the next decision with limited space and time.

03

A reliable routine

An indoor setting helps families maintain a development routine when weather, field availability, travel, or an outdoor schedule changes.

A practical option for military-connected families

A move, changing work schedule, deployment, school transition, or new practice calendar can make it hard for a young athlete to find continuity. JFA offers an indoor development environment in Jacksonville where a family can explore age-based training, camps, Open Play, a player assessment, private training, goalkeeper work, or Academy information without making a claim that every child needs the same path.

The facility is located at 210 Ellis Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540. Drive time from a Camp Lejeune gate or MCAS New River depends on the gate, route, traffic, and access conditions, so families should check their own route before committing to a weekly schedule.

Keep the current team experience and add development

JFA is independent and complements—not replaces—base youth sports, a school team, recreational soccer, or a local club. A player can keep their existing registration and use JFA for additional technical repetition, movement, confidence, and decision-making in an indoor futsal setting.

MCCS Camp Lejeune–New River Youth Sports publishes its own official program and registration details. JFA does not manage those programs, and families should verify seasons, age groups, eligibility, and locations directly with MCCS. JFA simply provides another local option for families who want an indoor development routine.

Choose a flexible starting point

A free player assessment can help JFA understand an athlete’s age, experience, goals, current environment, and weekly availability. From there, a family can decide whether an age-group training session, a camp, an Academy evaluation, or another route makes sense.

JFA serves Jacksonville, Camp Lejeune, New River, Midway Park, Hubert, Richlands, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Maysville, and the wider Onslow County area. Call (910) 376-1242 with a scheduling question or use the online assessment request path.

Why families choose Jacksonville Futsal Academy

JFA is built for families who want more than an occasional place to play. The indoor environment keeps development more consistent, while the futsal format creates frequent opportunities to receive, pass, turn, defend, create, and react. Coaches can help families identify an appropriate starting point without claiming that every athlete needs the same program or pathway.

Whether a player is new to the game, preparing for a tryout, already active with a local outdoor team, or looking for an additional technical outlet, JFA connects training, Academy information, camps, leagues, open play, assessments, and facility resources in one Jacksonville location.
