JFA legal notice
This is a separate optional public marketing and publicity authorization. It is not part of guardian access to coaching, training, assessment, or athlete-development media.
JFA will not infer public marketing permission from participation, portal access, coaching-media access, or training uploads. Any final authorization must be voluntary and allow a guardian to decline without affecting ordinary program participation.
The authorization identifies its scope, duration, withdrawal process, contact details, and guardian signature requirements before activation.
