JFA legal notice
This agreement covers Court 1, Court 2, and the Turf Training Area. It will be presented with the applicable rental checkout before activation.
Court 1, Court 2, and the Turf Training Area are the only independently reservable physical resources. Court 1 includes Table Area 1, Court 2 includes Table Area 2, and a two-court rental includes both table areas. Turf-only rentals do not include a court table area.
After a completed rental, JFA will identify the assigned Court 1, Court 2, both courts, or Turf Training Area in the reservation record, customer account, staff calendar, and confirmation.
The rental policy uses a seven-calendar-day cancellation or rescheduling threshold. Full-payment timing, overtime, cleanup charges, damage responsibility, and JFA-initiated cancellation options are displayed before payment.
Food and drinks are not permitted on courts. Renters must leave included table areas clean and ensure attendees, including spectators, complete required JFA waiver or facility acknowledgments.
The final flow will require an unchecked acceptance control linked to this agreement and retain accepted version, customer identity, timestamp, assigned resources, and acknowledgment record.
