This agreement covers two-hour JFA birthday-party bookings. JFA’s predefined transition time does not extend the customer’s two-hour reservation.
Package, capacity, and activities
A one-court party includes 16 participants, with $5 additional participants through 24. A two-court party includes 32 participants, with $5 additional participants through 50. Parents and spectators are excluded from participant count but remain subject to waiver, supervision, safety, and conduct rules.
Soccer and dodgeball may use one court. Nerf and Wiffle Ball require both courts. Any Turf Training Area party add-on uses the same shared Turf availability as ordinary turf rentals.
Supervision and conduct
The booking adult must remain onsite and responsible for the party. JFA Team Leads may support activities but do not replace adult supervision.
No alcohol, glass, indoor vendor cooking/heating, confetti, glitter, silly string, pinatas, or unapproved vendors/equipment are permitted. Food and drinks are not allowed on courts. Required JFA waivers or facility acknowledgments apply to all attendees, including spectators.
Cancellation and charges
The party policy uses a seven-calendar-day cancellation or rescheduling threshold. Checkout discloses full-payment timing, overtime treatment, cleanup charges, damage responsibility, and JFA-initiated cancellation options before payment.
